About The Position

This is an opportunity to become a franchisee through an alternative path, where investors fund the market and you run the business. As the business grows and meets its targets, you will have the opportunity to buy out the investor's stake and become the franchisee. This model has been successfully implemented 35 times. The role starts with a base salary and offers uncapped profit sharing, with earnings increasing as the market performs better and you move closer to ownership. This is a hands-on, blue-collar role, not a desk job, involving sales, team coaching, and potentially performing inspections yourself until a team is established. The ideal candidate possesses servant-hearted leadership, a willingness to perform tasks before delegating, and the grit to be accountable. Requirements

  • A track record of leading teams to measurable results in a process-driven, labor-intensive environment.
  • Experience building or enforcing standard operating procedures.
  • A proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong people.
  • The discipline to have hard conversations early, not after they’ve festered.
  • An understanding of sales, marketing, and capacity planning at the unit level.
  • Comfort being held fully accountable for results.
  • A hunger for feedback and improvement, not validation.
  • The grit to operate under pressure without losing focus.
  • Willingness to crawl on hands and knees and belly-crawl through tight, dark spaces; maneuver in confined areas; and handle light hand tools as needed.
