Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an inspiring and visionary General Manager to lead the iconic Asher Adams in the heart of Salt Lake City. As General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the property, responsible for driving financial performance, cultivating an exceptional culture, and ensuring every aspect of the guest journey reflects the unique spirit of Asher Adams. You will partner closely with ownership and Davidson leadership to position the hotel as a market leader while inspiring a passionate team dedicated to excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including experience as a General Manager of a full-service or luxury hotel
Proven success leading complex hotel operations and delivering strong financial results
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building engaged, high-performing teams
Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, revenue strategy, and profitability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and passion for operational excellence
Results-oriented decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests and associates alike

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for all hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Engineering
Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share
Foster a culture centered on exceptional guest service, accountability, innovation, and employee engagement
Lead, mentor, and develop a talented leadership team while creating opportunities for growth throughout the organization
Maintain the highest standards of operational excellence, service delivery, and brand execution
Build strong relationships with ownership, community partners, and key stakeholders
Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and business opportunities to maximize performance
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and revenue optimization strategies
Champion the unique identity and guest experience that make Asher Adams a destination within Salt Lake City
