Taking its name from the infamous golden-hued roses of the Lone Star State, as well as the joyful style that the brand is known for, the Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott collection is a boutique approach to jewelry, apparel, and home goods that celebrates the rich ranch culture of the American Southwest. Position Overview As the full-time General Manager, you are the CEO of your business units. You run the store and bar concepts with an entrepreneurial-minded business owner mindset. You take pride in delivering WOW customer experiences and sharing our brand purpose within the community. You direct a multi –unit portfolio of your home store and the bar concept by planning strategies through consistent implementation to drive results. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and teaching, you prioritize relationships and attract a diverse network, you make quality decisions to drive results, and your store and team represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively within the Yellow Rose brand. You are a leader of leaders, attracting and developing diverse teams that embody the Yellow Rose culture, community, and customer across the retail and Beau’s Bar business units.

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Current license to serve alcohol and food in your local state or ability to renew license before starting
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading a restaurant or bar staff, including mixologists
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries and laws.
  • A passion for Yellow Rose and the lifestyle of the Southwest.
  • You are passionate about what the brand represents: Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
  • Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role previously and/or managed multi-unit
  • Ability to relocate long-term to pursue career growth opportunities is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%)

Responsibilities

  • You oversee Beau’s Bar and maintain inventory while staying within budget.
  • You review the menu seasonally to provide the best experience for our guests.
  • You're an expert at driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through WOW experiences.
  • You create, manage, and own your store's business plan.
  • You oversee the success of the store and bar locations.
  • You create a strategy for the success of the bar and help to build financial goals for each bar concept as they evolve in new markets.
  • You're obsessed about recruiting, hiring, and retaining a high-performing team!
  • You increase brand awareness by building strong relationships.
  • You build unique connections with guests and organizations that further business growth and philanthropic goals.
  • You acquire new customers through traffic driving efforts that increase brands impact.
  • You're an advocate for your team's growth and development.
