About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead and grow our Southeastern Wisconsin business. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business including sales, operations, client retention, financial performance, leadership development, and organizational culture. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company while leading with accountability, vision, positivity, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a leader who can balance strategy with execution, performance with people development, and growth with culture.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, sales leadership, or general management
  • Proven success leading high-performing teams in a growth-oriented environment
  • Strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead effectively under pressure
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and operationally
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Strong accountability and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems including CRM and ERP platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; MBA a plus

  • Improve client satisfaction, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance.
  • Build operational systems and processes that support sustainable long-term growth.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning responsibilities.
  • Maintain strong understanding of financial statements, profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure responsible stewardship of company resources and financial performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employees, clients, independent contractors, vendors, and community partners.
  • Represent the company professionally within the Milwaukee business community.
