The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires strong mathematical, communication, and motor skills, as well as the ability to navigate and deliver product to customers. The General Manager must also be proficient in using computer systems for order entry and possess good navigational skills for deliveries.
