Requirements
- Hospitality leadership experience (Assistant GM, Ops Manager, Department Head, etc.)
- Ready to step into a General Manager role or early in your GM career
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Marriott experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and support all departments
- Lead, coach, and develop your team
- Help drive revenue, control costs, and meet financial goals
- Partner with Sales to support bookings and hotel performance
- Ensure guests have a great experience from check-in to check-out
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall property standards
- Assist with hiring, training, and team development
- Jump in where needed-this is a hands-on leadership role
