Requirements

  • General Manager, Dealer Principal, General Sales Manager, Fixed Operations Director, or senior dealership leadership experience.
  • Strong financial and operational business acumen.
  • Demonstrated success leading profitable dealership operations.
  • Deep understanding of both variable and fixed operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • A track record of developing leaders and building winning cultures.
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational discipline.
  • The ability to inspire trust while driving accountability and results.
  • A leader who understands that great dealerships are built through great people.
