As a result of an internal promotion, the Cat Cora Taproom located in the Detroit Metro Airport is looking for a true restaurateur for our next General Manager. Cat Cora's Taproom, located within the Detroit Metro Airport's McNamara Terminal, is an embodiment of culinary excellence. We take pride in crafting unique and delectable dishes using fresh and organic ingredients. Our taproom boasts a selection of local craft beers and spirits from Michigan, along with innovative specialty cocktails, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for travelers. Paradies Lagardère is an award-winning and forward-thinking Airport Concessionaire. We are on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our management team and help us maintain the high standards of excellence at Cat Cora's Taproom. As a General Manager at Cat Cora's Taproom, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of our restaurant, from food quality and service to our dedicated team and inviting atmosphere, consistently exceeds expectations. Your positive attitude and leadership skills will set the tone for our service and culinary teams, inspiring them to deliver a remarkable guest experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture.
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
- Stable working history that demonstrates upward career progress.
