Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel industry.
Ability to interact with others in an honest, fair, and respectful manner.
Proven track record of meeting budgets, understanding P&L statements, and cost controls.
Excellent communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and hotel brand systems.

Nice To Haves

General Manager experience preferred.
Hilton Hotel Brand experience preferred.
Sales and Revenue Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Open the brand-new Tempo by Hilton hotel in Spring 2027.
Build a team from scratch and adhere to Hilton standards.
Generate maximum financial and operational performance within the company direction and established policies and procedures.
Develop and nurture a team of Management and Line Staff members directed toward achieving the hotel’s goals and priorities.
Fully implement and utilize the integrated goal planning and performance appraisal processes.
Provide first-rate hospitality to every guest.
Lead the hotel in an entrepreneurial fashion.
Focus on opportunities to build and expand our business volume.
Ensure compliance with HR, safety, security, and risk management standards.
Hold leadership teams accountable for fostering associate engagement, overseeing training, managing performance, and driving robust succession planning.
Actively manage guest recovery scores and online reputation.
Maintain and support the organization's professional image and high ethics.
