Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or related field required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Strong supervisory and operational leadership experience
  • Experience managing construction operations, maintenance operations, or related business functions
  • Strong estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor management experience
  • Knowledge of operational workflows, field operations, and construction coordination
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software
  • Excellent communication, organization, accountability, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, CompanyCam, or similar software preferred
  • Trade background (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction and maintenance operations across multiple properties and projects
  • Coordinate operational workflows between office staff, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Supervise repairs, renovations, preventive maintenance, and construction activities
  • Monitor project timelines, job progress, and operational deliverables
  • Manage scheduling systems, staffing coordination, and workflow prioritization
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, compliance, accountability, and work quality
  • Conduct field inspections and quality assurance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  • Track KPI metrics, labor productivity, service response times, and operational performance
  • Prepare reports, progress updates, and operational evaluations for leadership
  • Respond to customer concerns, operational escalations, and service-related issues
  • Support emergency operational needs and strategic planning initiatives
