About The Position

The General Manager oversees the store and may hire employees, create schedules, and manage every aspect of the Domino’s environment. Compensation is $1,000–$1,100 per week as salary, plus a periodic profit bonus that includes cost-control and service incentives, and separate bonuses for high inspection scores from NSF and Domino’s. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. General Managers receive one week of paid vacation per year.
