About The Position
Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations. The role is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The General Manager sets an example for the team, follows company policies and procedures, and expects the same from crew members. Duties include creating schedules, ordering products, training team members, and hiring. General Managers may receive a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within goals. Compensation is salary plus bonus.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work weekend nights.
- Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Nice To Haves
- One year of restaurant management experience is preferred.
