Requirements

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• A creative approach to marketing and driving sales (fundraisers, community engagement, etc.).
• Ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day.
• Ability to lift 50lbs./25kgs.
• Ability to work around varied temperatures.
• Ability to taste and prepare food.
• Strong communication skills with the Chipotle team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality, focusing on guest satisfaction.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, people processes, and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle’s training resources.
• Direct team members to ensure accurate and on-time digital order fulfillment.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and ensure the restaurant is always guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Achieve overall financial success for the restaurant, meeting annual sales and cash flow targets.
• Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide leadership across all operating hours.
