About The Position
We are looking for motivated individuals who want to make a career in the largest pizza company in the world. We are a quickly growing Franchise that needs reliable employees to manage our stores. Managers are responsible for all of the operations of their store, this includes Inventory Commissary orders Labor management Schedules Food preparation and shift management. Daily Cash, Labor and Cost of Goods control. Training new employees. Implementation of training practices. Planning, Assigning and Directing of work. Addressing customer complaints and resolving day to day problems. Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
