General Manager

POTOMAC HOSPITALITY GROUP INCBowie, MD
$55,000 - $68,000Onsite

About The Position

Ruby’s Southern Comfort Kitchen is not a typical restaurant. Walking through our doors feels like showing up to a family reunion — familiar, warm, and full of life. Our guests are family. We call them Cousins, and that is not a marketing term. It is the standard we hold, the culture we build, and the reason this team shows up every single day. Ruby’s is seeking a General Manager who has built and led high-performing hospitality teams — someone with deep operational expertise and the kind of personal presence that makes a team want to follow. This is a role that demands as much character as it does competence. We want a leader who truly owns this role — someone who brings their creativity, insight, and expertise to the table and is genuinely invested in the growth of every person on this team. We are not looking for someone to manage a checklist. We are looking for someone who sees what is possible, has ideas worth sharing, and takes real pride in developing the crew around them. If you pour into people — if you love building teams and watching them rise — this is the place for you. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations, Potomac Hospitality Group.
