Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or sales.
  • Proven success in sales, marketing, and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Passion for fitness and helping others improve their lives.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, POS systems, google applications).
  • Personal Training Certification (nationally accredited)
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Coaches.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment aligned with the Anytime Fitness brand and our Core Values.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, manage the schedules and develop members of the team.
  • Achieve monthly membership sales goals through effective lead generation, follow-up, and operational standards.
  • Oversee local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and membership.
  • Analyze membership and revenue reports to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the gym maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
  • Deliver an exceptional member experience by managing the member life cycle and converting to training programs.
  • Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with Anytime Fitness brand standards and local/state regulations.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote partnerships and corporate memberships.
  • Represent the Anytime Fitness brand in the community through events, networking, and sponsorship.
