About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and managing orders. Responsibilities include receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. The position requires strong mathematical and communication skills, including the ability to make correct monetary change and process orders accurately both over the phone and in person. Motor coordination for precise movements and computer/touch screen proficiency are essential. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customer doors, distributing promotional materials, and navigating various terrains and locations while carrying product.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
