The General Manager position involves a hands-on leadership style, a focus on delivering fantastic food, value, and customer service, and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. The role requires working a 5-day week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with shifts typically from 8 am-8 pm or 11 am-11 pm. This is an opportunity for experienced restaurant leaders, particularly those with current or very recent drive-thru experience, to advance their careers.
