About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This role requires a natural leader who possesses skills in judgment, math, and multitasking. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They must set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring the crew does the same. Key areas of focus include staffing, paperwork, training, cost control, cash control, food management, adherence to schedule and standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
