About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience required
  • Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Guest-obsessed with strong problem-solving skills
  • Tech savvy: POS systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office; P&L experience a plus
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • A.A. degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing restaurant team while maintaining accountability and high standards.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
  • Hire, train, and develop team members, building future leaders and strong bench strength
  • Work side by side with FOH & BOH teams, including cooking, prep, expo, catering, and service
  • Serve as the go-to leader for guest concerns, ensuring every guest feels valued
  • Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost oversight
  • Analyze operational reports and key metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with District Manager to execute strategic business initiatives and local restaurant priorities
  • Create a positive, inclusive workplace culture rooted in teamwork, respect, and high standards
