About The Position
This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders. Responsibilities include taking inventory, cleaning the facility, and providing excellent customer service. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math calculations, and proficiency in using computer systems for order entry. The work environment includes varying temperatures, potential exposure to food odors and dust, and working in confined spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting. Essential hand tasks involve eye-hand coordination and manipulation of various tools and ingredients. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customer locations, which requires a valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to carry products while navigating different terrains and buildings, including stairs. Exposure to weather conditions during deliveries is also a factor.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Responsibilities

- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and doorhangers or any marketing materials
