About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders. Responsibilities include receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, and proficient use of computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry. The work environment can involve varying temperatures, exposure to food odors and dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments required include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting. Hand tasks require continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough, and pinching for box assembly. Team members may use various tools and equipment including computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza-making tools. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customer locations, which requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and navigational skills. Delivery personnel must navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product, driving within a designated area, walking to and from the vehicle and customer locations, and potentially climbing multiple flights of stairs. The work conditions during delivery involve exposure to varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
