Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and/or logistics management.
Strong knowledge of the home appliance delivery and installation industry.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational success.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of site operations, including financial performance, employee engagement, and service delivery, to meet and exceed business objectives.
Oversee Transportation and Warehouse teams, setting clear priorities and providing hands-on leadership to ensure efficient operations.
Analyze financial and operational performance, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and communicate performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and results.
Partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure teams are aligned with company standards and new initiatives.
Ensure compliance with timekeeping, payroll, and company policies.
Promote a customer-first mindset across all operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
