About The Position

Domino's is hiring operating partners, also known as bosses, big cheese, or top dog. This role requires natural leadership, sound judgment, business acumen, empathy, people management insight, and the ability to multitask. As an Operating Partner, you will have the opportunity to run a $1-2 million business within a 43-store franchise. This position offers valuable work experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, covering labor costs, food costs, waste management, and people management. It's an ideal opportunity to learn the industry and potentially grow within the operation to guide future Operating Partners or even franchise independently.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

Manage all cost controls, inventory control, and cash control during your shift.
Lead the team by example, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed 100%.
Motivate the team towards the goals of selling more pizzas, having more fun, and increasing profits.
Manage staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions.
Provide enthusiastic customer greetings and positive interactions, taking orders and addressing concerns with a smile.
Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
Prepare products according to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders efficiently.
Navigate to customer addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi-story buildings and various delivery sites.
Perform accurate and quick calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Make correct monetary change.
Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
