About The Position

Brunswick Beaches Campground is seeking a full-time, friendly, and guest-oriented General Manager to lead its property, which features 84 sites and 5 cabins. The ideal candidate will have a can-do mentality, a willingness to go the extra mile for their team and guests, and previous RV resort management experience is highly preferred. The role involves working with a budget, retail sales, understanding basic campground infrastructure, building and leading a team, and providing world-class hospitality. Requirements

Minimum five years' experience in Resort Operations, including three years at the General Manager level.
Energetic, creative, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented.
Passion for hospitality and the great outdoors.
Ability to work independently and get it done.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Dropbox.
Thorough understanding of reservation software.
Valid Driver's license.
Comfortable working with a budget.
Retail sales experience.
Knowledge of basic campground infrastructure.
Strength in building and leading a team.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and training.
Ability to manage personnel and positive guest relations.
Natural ability with numbers; problem solving and creativity.

Previous RV resort management experience is highly preferred.
