About The Position

The General Manager will lead and manage the FIG Restaurant team in all aspects of the department, ensuring service standards are followed. This role involves being the main character of the dining room, maintaining a frequent presence on the dining room floor, and handling guest concerns quickly and professionally. The position reports to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

Requirements

  • Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience required
  • Previous Point of Sale System experience required
  • Familiarity with the local Los Angeles restaurant scene and trends required
