LifeWorks is seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee all dining operations for a client account generating $2M to $15M+ in annual revenue. You’ll drive operational performance, manage financial outcomes, and deliver an exceptional food service experience that meets client goals and customer expectations. In this role, you’ll direct daily food service operations, build and develop high-performing teams, and maintain strong client relationships. You’ll ensure consistent quality, food safety, and service excellence while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and grow the business.
