We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Hotel General Manager to lead the #1 rated, Chairman Award winning AC Hotel by Marriott in Bridgewater, NJ. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who brings energy, professionalism, and strategic vision someone who inspires teams, delights guests, and drives strong financial performance.

Requirements

  • Previous Hotel General Manager experience, or 3+ years as an Assistant General Manager at a Marriott or Hilton branded property.

  • Previous experience in the local or similar market.

  • Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards and service behaviors.
  • Partner with Bradford Rooftop Management for seamless guest experience and operational excellence.
  • Prepare and execute annual operating budgets, sales, and marketing plans to achieve targeted results.
  • Analyze financial performance to drive revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Leverage technology platforms and distribution channels to maximize market share.
  • Lead capital planning and asset management initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement programs that enhance team member engagement and performance.
  • Establish succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Set clear performance and development goals; provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and feedback.
  • Oversee staffing, compensation, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, associates, and hotel assets.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and public relations representative within the local community.
  • Encourage and support team involvement in community organizations and initiatives.
