About The Position
A growing Fast Casual Restaurant Group in Lancaster is looking for a proven General Manager to lead one of its high-volume locations. This is a rare GM opportunity with true work/life balance, a strong support system, and real future growth potential as the group continues to expand throughout Central PA.
Requirements
- Current or recent General Manager experience in a restaurant is REQUIRED to be considered
- Proven ability to lead a high-volume operation ($1M+)
- Strong financial acumen and team development skills
- Hands-on, guest-focused, and results-driven mindset
Nice To Haves
- Fast casual or QSR leadership experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own all day-to-day operations - FOH & BOH execution, staffing, service, and financial performance
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of 20-40 team members and shift leaders
- Drive guest satisfaction, speed of service, and food quality
- Control labor, food cost, and inventory while hitting sales goals
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Ensure all health, safety, and brand standards are met
