About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and managing inventory. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing telephone orders, cleaning equipment and the facility, and accurately handling monetary transactions. The position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for order processing and customer interaction. It also demands good motor coordination for precise movements, the ability to use computer systems for order entry, and navigational skills for product delivery. The General Manager must be able to deliver products by car and to the customer's door, distribute promotional materials, and navigate various delivery sites while carrying product.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
