The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires accurate calculations, quick monetary change, strong communication skills (verbal, written, and telephone), and good motor coordination for order processing. The General Manager will also be responsible for delivering product and flyers, navigating to customer locations, and leading by example to coach and train new employees. Work conditions are varying.
