About The Position
Total Energy Solutions is seeking a driven and strategic General Manager with strong generator industry experience to lead and grow operations across Louisiana and Texas. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, strengthening operations, and building high-performing teams across generator sales, service, and operations. Total Energy Solutions is a leading provider of integrated power generation solutions across the Gulf Coast. Since 2006, TES has supported customers 24/7 by servicing thousands of generators and energy systems with a highly skilled team of certified technicians. We specialize in generator sales, rentals, maintenance, and emergency service, supporting critical power needs across Oil & Gas, industrial, medical, and commercial sectors. We are part of a family of companies including Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company, Power Temp Systems, R & R Manufacturing, and Total Hydrogen Solutions. This role requires a leader who understands generator systems, field service operations, and the urgency of critical power support.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing operations and teams
- Strong background in the generator, power generation, or critical power industry REQUIRED
- 3+ years of sales experience with measurable results
- Strong business acumen and growth mindset
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with generator service, maintenance programs, or equipment sales strongly preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas or industrial markets preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities within generator sales, rentals, and service markets
- Lead multi-location generator service and operations teams
- Drive revenue across generator equipment, service contracts, and emergency response work
- Build and develop high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations
- Represent TES with customers, vendors, and industry partners in the power generation space
