Requirements
- 5+ years of hotel General Manager experience (full-service preferred).
- Strong hotel systems knowledge and analytical capability.
- Proven results in revenue, financial management, and operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a guest-focused mindset.

- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
