About The Position

The General Manager leads the hotel's operations, drives financial results, and maintains high service standards while ensuring compliance. The role develops and executes sales strategies, manages budgets, uses hotel systems and reporting tools to support efficient operations and sound decisions, and creates excellent guest experiences. The General Manager also coaches and supports employees, builds a strong team, and represents the hotel in relationships with owners, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
