About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The position requires strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and making change, as well as excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing. Motor coordination for precise movements, computer/touch screen order entry, and the ability to comprehend and follow written instructions are essential. Communication skills are needed for interacting with customers and coworkers, both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities also include delivering products by car and to customer doors, distributing promotional materials, and possessing navigational skills to locate addresses within a designated delivery area, including navigating various terrains and buildings while carrying product.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
