About The Position

We are a growing asbestos abatement and environmental services company seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee operations, support business development, and help lead our team to continued success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in asbestos abatement, environmental services, restoration, construction, or related industries preferred
  • Knowledge of asbestos regulations and safety procedures is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential clients to assess project needs and prepare estimates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals
  • Oversee scheduling, production coordination, and daily operations
  • Support and supervise field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and company safety standards
  • Work with admin to manage project documentation and administrative processes
  • Participate in networking and marketing efforts to grow business opportunities
  • Help foster a positive, team-oriented company culture
