About The Position

Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson in Stuart, Florida is hiring a General Manager to oversee all dealership operational activities, ensuring efficiency. Requirements

3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
Thorough knowledge of and experience with the sales of powersports
Proven track record of success managing teams
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Knowledge and desire to develop a sales and service team
Exceptional face-to-face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer service
Organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail
