About The Position

The State General Manager (GM) at Entyre is responsible for scaling the company state by state to deliver life-changing support for family caregivers. This role requires strong operational leadership, grit, and the ability to achieve results in a high-pressure environment. The GM is the leader responsible for turning the company's mission into action by ensuring caregivers receive the help they need quickly and efficiently. This is a demanding role for a relentless and talented operator who thrives under pressure.

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on operational experience.
Demonstrated clear promotional path in a high-performance environment.
Data-driven with strong judgment.
A 'get shit done' attitude with creative problem-solving skills for complex issues.
Team leadership experience.
Networking skills to build relationships with clinics and regulators.
Fearless tenacity and entrepreneurial drive.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or caregiving operations experience.
Medicaid knowledge.

Responsibilities

Hire and lead a best-in-class clinical team of nurses and support staff.
Streamline administration and reduce onboarding friction to get families onto Medicaid, waivers, or local programs quickly.
Navigate state regulatory battles and leverage compliance as a competitive advantage.
Represent Entyre with local stakeholders, clinics, agencies, and the media.
Provide state-specific feedback to HQ and collaborate with the tech team to address pain points.
Develop and share effective strategies to accelerate growth in other states.
Focus relentlessly on family sign-ups and maximize lead conversion.
