This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, managing various operational aspects of the business, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key duties include rostering, stock ordering, recruitment, training and development, inventory management, cash handling, report generation, profit management, sales building, ensuring food and staff safety, food preparation, and driving marketing initiatives. The General Manager is also responsible for creating a fun atmosphere and leading team meetings.
