Carte Hotel San Diego is seeking a visionary, operationally savvy General Manager to lead our lifestyle-driven team in the heart of San Diego’s vibrant Little Italy district. As the General Manager, you will drive a curated guest experience and oversee all hotel operations to maximize profitability while maintaining the sophisticated standards of the Curio Collection. You will mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional financial results and refined service standards, ensuring the property remains San Diego’s premier boutique destination.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
Previous hotel management experience required.
