The Role: General Manager This is not a sit behind a desk management job. As General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your location, leading from the front, developing your team, and ensuring every customer leaves impressed. You’ll spend about 85% of your time outdoors, actively involved in daily operations, coaching employees, and keeping the energy high. If you enjoy movement, teamwork, and real leadership impact, you’ll love this role.

Requirements

  • Have prior management or leadership experience (required)

  • Weekend availability required
  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Fully hands on, on site leadership role
  • Outdoor work in all seasons

Nice To Haves

  • Have hospitality, retail, or customer service leadership experience (preferred)
