About The Position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Financial Performance Lead all aspects of hotel operations to achieve profitability, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Own full P&L; performance with focus on GOP growth, labor productivity, and flow-through optimization. Lead weekly forecasting, pace reporting, and comp set positioning to outperform market competitors. Partner with ownership on capital planning, asset enhancements, and long-term strategic initiatives. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Prior General Manager experience required, preferably in a large full-service or conference hotel. 6+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience. Strong group sales, catering, and revenue strategy background. Experience in airport or corporate-driven markets preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Proven GM experience in a large, complex hotel. Strong financial and operational leadership. Demonstrated ability to drive top-line and bottom-line performance. Requirements Sales, Revenue & Market Positioning Position the hotel as a premier DFW conference destination, optimizing group, corporate, and leisure demand. Drive group strategy including base business, in-year pickup, and shoulder night optimization. Maximize total revenue across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Catering. Leverage airport proximity and key local demand generators to drive occupancy, ADR, and total revenue. Conference & Event Operations Oversee a high-volume conference operation (~63,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space) with strong focus on execution, client satisfaction, and repeat business. Collaborate closely with Conference Services and Sales teams to ensure seamless group execution. Food & Beverage Leadership Direct multi-outlet Food & Beverage and banquet operations. Drive profitability, service excellence, and strong catering margins. Guest Experience & Brand Standards Deliver an elevated guest experience across a full-service hotel environment, including indoor/outdoor pool and campus-style layout, while maintaining Hilton brand standards. Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the property. Team Leadership & Culture Lead a cross-functional leadership team across Rooms, F&B;, Engineering, Finance, Revenue, Events, and Sales. Foster a culture rooted in trust, transparency, and results. Promote accountability, communication, and development. Community & Industry Engagement Represent the hotel within the DFW business community. Build relationships with key clients and partners.
