Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with organizational objectives and drive sustainable growth
Manage all operational functions, including inventory control, quality assurance, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulatory standards
Oversee budget development, financial planning, and P&L responsibility to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members; foster a supportive and inclusive culture that promotes professional development and employee engagement
Analyze operational data and key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring corrective action
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives

Lead problem-solving efforts with resilience and decisiveness, addressing challenges proactively and implementing effective solutions
