Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience, ideally in a food service, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record in leadership, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills-able to connect with your team, customers, and senior leadership.
• Financial savvy, with experience managing budgets, sales, and controlling costs.
