About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant and build a strong team culture while engaging with the community. The role is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The General Manager sets an example by following company policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. The General Manager makes schedules, orders product, trains team members, and hires. A profit-share bonus is awarded based on controlling costs within goals. The stated pay range is $23.00–$25.00, plus a production bonus ranging from $400.00 to $2,000.00.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations and activities.
