About The Position

Direct logistics operations, freight networks, and warehouse functions for an international forwarding branch. Own the branch P&L performance, configure operational budgets, and track regional revenue metrics. Oversee high-volume contract negotiations with core steamship lines, air carriers, and third-party vendors. Deliver regional market share updates and branch financial performance reviews to global executive boards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing international freight forwarding.
• Documented success owning full P&L accountability and managing multi-million dollar operational budgets.
• Business-level verbal and written English communication skills to drive enterprise contract negotiations.
• Business-level verbal and written Japanese communication skills to report metrics to international headquarters.
