About The Position

Lead the opening team of a brand-new, ground-up Fairfield Inn & Suites Inglewood as our Pre-Opening General Manager—a unique opportunity to shape the identity, culture, and operational success of a hotel from the ground up. As the driving force behind the pre-opening and ramp up phase, you will lead all aspects of hotel development readiness, including construction coordination, brand compliance, recruiting and building a high-performing team, establishing operational infrastructure, and delivering a successful grand opening. This role goes beyond traditional hotel operations—you will be instrumental in translating the vision of ownership and brand into a fully realized guest experience. From participating in design input, OS&E selection, and systems implementation to developing operating procedures, financial strategies, and partnering on commercial positioning, you will ensure the hotel opens on time, on budget, and positioned for long-term success. Post-opening, you will continue to lead the hotel to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance, and market share growth. Working closely with ownership, brand representatives, and your leadership team, you will implement property-wide strategies and service standards that bring the hotel to life while aligning with brand expectations and investor objectives. You will play a pivotal role in building a culture rooted in accountability, service excellence, and performance—creating an environment where associates thrive and guests receive exceptional, memorable experiences. If you are a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for new openings, a strong operational foundation, and the ability to build something from the ground up, this is a career-defining opportunity to lead, innovate, and deliver results with a growing and forward-thinking hotel management company.
