Requirements

  • Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during a shift.
  • Setting an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
  • Leading a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
  • Managing staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
  • Directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, coordinating with coworkers and customers, analyzing and compiling data, and making sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Greeting customers enthusiastically and maintaining a positive personality while taking orders and fielding customer concerns.
  • Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store facilities and equipment.
  • Preparing product to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
  • Taking inventory, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, walk-in or reach-in coolers, and completing associated paperwork.
  • Receiving and processing telephone orders expeditiously.
  • Utilizing navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Accurately and quickly adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, and making correct monetary change.
  • Utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
