The General Manager is the leader of the campground and is responsible for the overall success of the property. This person builds and develops a high-performing team, delivers exceptional guest experiences, drives financial performance, and ensures the campground operates safely and efficiently. This role is best suited for an experienced campground or outdoor hospitality leader who has successfully managed campground operations, developed on-site teams, and owned business results. The mission of the General Manager is to own the overall success of the Detroit / Ann Arbor KOA by building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong financial results. As the on-site leader, you will bring the campground's vision to life through disciplined execution, hospitality-focused leadership, and engaging guest programming, ensuring the property runs smoothly while creating memorable experiences for guests.
