Domino’s Pizza looks for General Managers who are adaptable and self-motivated, with a passion for customer service. General Managers are responsible for hiring and training new Team Members, implementing safety conduct for delivery drivers, managing costs, and developing Team Members to work to their full potential in a fast-paced yet fun working environment. They are also expected to build and enhance profits by fostering workable relationships with other local businesses and the community. Additionally, General Managers must maintain and control inventories, ensuring product and service quality meets the company’s operating standards. They are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. General Managers must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from their crew.
